Keith Leonard - A retrospective catalogue
An man of intergrity and idealism, Birmingham born Keith Leonard was a modernist sculptor and artist whose work, many feel, should have received much greater interest, acclaim and attention. Modest and unassuming he had worked for Dame Barbara Hepworth as a young man and both she and her then husband, Ben Nicholson, purchased and promoted his work.
This retrospective catalogue was produced by his widow Charmian and designed and edited by Toni Carver for his postumous exhibition at the Penwith Society of Arts in 1996. The book contains examples of his sculptures and paintings. With text by Charmian Leonard; Peter Davies; David Brown; Christopher Andreae and Mark Leonard.
